Cancelation/Reschedule Policy

 All appointments must be canceled or rescheduled 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment time. No exceptions. If you decide during your appointment to change or cancel the service(s) you booked to a lesser appointment time time, you will still be charged 100% of the service(s) originally booked.If you have a complimentary appointment and no show/last min reschedule, you will be charged 50% of the original service. Please let us know if you will be running late. If you are 10 minutes pass your appointment time, we will charge you for a No Show (50% of your service) Booking the wrong location within 24hrs of appointment will result in 50% charge.
